At Shotguns West, we value your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy to facilitate returns and exchanges.

2.1. Special Orders: We do not accept returns on special orders. It will be made known before purchase if it is a special order.

2.2. Firearms: Due to the nature of firearms and related regulations, we are unable to provide a return on firearm purchases. Please ensure you understand your local and federal laws before purchasing firearms from us.

2.3. Pilla: If you don’t love your Pilla gear, we offer to exchange any lenses or temples with no restock fee meaning you only have to pay return shipping. The lenses and temples must be in the condition they were received in or your exchange will be refused.

2.4. Other Accessories and Ammunition: Accessories and ammunition may be eligible for return if they meet the criteria outlined below.

3. Criteria for Returns

3.1. Unopened and Unused: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when it was received.

3.2. Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery, depending on the item.
